Thanks to pressure from residents and Westminster Labour, Westminster City Council has admitted its housing services have been failing residents, and are closing down CityWest Homes and bringing housing services back under direct council control.

Have your say about what happens next and make your views known to the Council and CityWest Homes directly.

You can give your views by filling in their online survey – or by speaking to someone face-to-face at one of the upcoming housing ‘Listening Days’ in south Westminster:

Wednesday 9th January – 5-7pm – Dryburgh Community Hall, Abbots Manor Estate, Alderney Street, SW1V 4ET

Monday 14th January – 5-7pm – Churchill Gardens Residents Hall, Churchill Gardens Estate, SW1V 3AL

Thursday 17th January – 5-7pm – Grosvenor Hall, Vincent Street, SW1P 4HB

More information (including full list of Listening Days across Westminster) on the CityWest Homes website here.

There is also a CityWest Homes ‘Open Door Day’ in the West End on Thursday 21st February – details here.
