Grosvenor will be hosting a new exhibition next week showing details of their latest plans for the Cundy Street Quarter.

We encourage all local residents to go along to the drop-in exhibition and give their feedback. It will be held at 20-22 Pimlico Road (the former Luke Irwin shop) on the following dates & times:

Wednesday 4th December – 14.30-19.30
Thursday 5th December  – 10.00-15.00
Saturday 7th December – 10.00-14.00

You can also see the plans at www.cundystreetquarter.com and can contact Grosvenor with your feedback or questions at cundystreet@grosvenor.com / 020 7312 7007.

Churchill Labour Councillors will continue to support and represent residents of Cundy Street Flats and Walden House, who face losing their current homes as a result of the development, and residents of Coleshill Flats whose car park area will also be developed. We welcomed Westminster Council and Grosvenor’s change of heart to offer Walden House residents a right to return, and have asked that the same can be offered to Cundy Flats residents.

If you are affected by the proposals or have any views about them that you would like to share with us, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email at info@churchilllabour.co.uk.
