We encourage all local residents to visit the next public exhibition by Grosvenor about their plans for the Cundy Street area.

Churchill Labour Councillors are concerned because Grosvenor’s plans currently involve the demolition of all Cundy Street Flats, Walden House (a Westminster City Council block) and the basement flats of Coleshill Flats (a Peabody block) – plus the redevelopment of Coleshill Flats car park.

We recently held a meeting for those residents affected, are raising their concerns with Grosvenor and will continue to do so.

The exhibition is open at 46 Pimlico Road, SW1W 8LP (next to Daylesford Café) on the following days:

· Wednesday 19 June – 4.00pm–8.00pm
· Thursday 20 June – 11.00am–3.00pm
· Saturday 22 June – 10.00am–2.00pm

You can also email Grosvenor with your views or questions at cundystreet@grosvenor.com and visit their website at www.cundystreetquarter.com.

If you would like to share your views with us and/or are a resident who’s directly affected by the plans, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
