Westminster City Council is working with the Victoria Business Improvement District (VBID), Greater London Authority, Network Rail and Transport for London to set out a new Place Plan for Victoria. As part of this, the Council have brought in an architect-led team to compile a concept masterplan called ‘Future Victoria’.
