Claverton Street

We are taking up this issue with City West Homes

“The street properties in Claverton Street are in a disgraceful state – dirty, plaster peeling off in chunks, window frames beginning to warp and rot, but external decoration is not scheduled until 2016 – they haven’t been done since around 2003. I have water still coming through a badly fitting yellow cap which is over the broken cover to the old coal cellar, this cap is on the public footpath – ill-fitting and tremendously noisy when any one walks/rides or jumps on it. I have to paddle through water or jump over ice when it freezes – and I have been told it is my responsibility to pay for this yellow temporary cap to be replaced. Surely as a Westminster Council Tennant I am not responsible for that.”
